PresidentStephanie Maloney, CDFA is President and Owner of Peace Talks Mediation Services and she serves as their Collaborative Financial Mediator. Stephanie is also a Collaborative Divorce Protocols trainer and an experienced mediation trainer. She has dedicated her career to helping couples and families get divorced in a sane, sensible and fair way at a reasonable cost.

Janae Monroe
Vice PresidentJanae joined Peace Talks in 2012 as a Dispute Resolution Associate and Paralegal. Janae is a trained mediator with her mediation certificate from the Center for Civic Mediation. In her role, Janae provides client support, convenes mediation sessions, and assists in the preparation of legal documents. Her encyclopedic knowledge of the California and Los Angeles Family Law rules and procedures makes her a real asset to Peace Talks. Outgoing and down-to-earth, she helps clients get through the maze of legal forms in a way that's easy to understand and efficient. Prior to her work with Peace Talks, Janae served as a law clerk with Weidmann & Yun PC. She a graduate of Loyola Marymount. Janae is headed to law school and her career goal is to become a Judge.
